This will be some special time dedicated just for you to enjoy and relax, with dimmed lights and soothing music I will be using hypnotherapy techniques, to enable you to get into a deep state of relaxation. The mind is guided away from the troubles of everyday life and into a place of tranquillity and peace, so when you leave you should feel fully relaxed and recharged This relaxation therapy is comfortable, safe and considered to be a highly liberating experience. It’s beneficial for both the mind and body. Plenty of free parking on site Please bring along mats and blankets if you wish, anything to help you be comfortable and relax.
